Dip Test completed at St. Anthony’s Convent School, Vasai

A Dip Test involving 25% of the Grade I class was completed on Friday the 4th of September. The outcomes of this test will help us further customize our content to suit the needs of our learners. The Dip Test also marked the first involvement of volunteers from St. Xavier’s College working with TEA.

We should put up the metrics and the testing methodology soon.

Meanwhile, recruitment at St. Xavier’s continues after the forced lull due to swine flu and the teachers’ strike suspended activities.

Tara Education Association is now a registered society.

It’s official. We’re official.

After testing the waters for a year, seeing the extent to which our arbitrary dream could be translated into reality, TEA has taken the important step of registering itself as a recognized society. This reflects our long-term commitment to our vision and establishes a framework for continuing engagement.

In short, it gives us a degree of permanence.

A big thank you to Mr. Mac Bodhanwalla for piloting us through the legal system.
