TEA Logo

TEA works with children in Primary Schools near urban areas. We also hire undergraduates as volunteers and train them in essential skills.

We give our children skills that help them approach any learning task with enthusiasm and confidence.

We do this in three ways:

1 By working directly with the children, engaging them in confidence-building workshops.

2 By working with teachers and creating a teaching skills database.

3 By adapting syllabi to local contexts, helping children identify with what they’re learning.

Our volunteers get training from experts in communication skills and using creativity in the workplace.
